A pretty darn good job, too, I might add. Of course, I didn't exactly sit on my hands during that time. I was consulting and took a permanent position during this period. I also went through 4 full interview loops on campus for full-time positions, 1 full loop for a contract position, and who knows how many phone screens.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;For those who followed my exploits last year, you heard me say time and time again  that "it's about finding the right fit" or "I'm not just looking for a job - I want the &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;right&lt;/span&gt; job." Well, that's what I found.
